Though Volkswagen is not a luxury brand, the 2012 Tiguan
compact SUV offers an almost luxury vehicle experience without the large price
tag. Like its Audi siblings, the Tiguan comes with high-end features such as
optional LED daytime running lights, headlights that pivot up to 15 degrees to
illuminate corners in the road, a panoramic sunroof that stretches over both
rows of seating inside the vehicle and optional automatic wipers that sense the
presence of moisture on the windshield and adjust their speed accordingly. An
optional Dynaudio stereo system is also available, with a 300-watt receiver,
eight speakers, and digital sound processing technology that helps drown out
any road noise so the music sounds clear even when traveling down the freeway.
